ReVibe (“ReVibe”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting user privacy and handling data responsibly.
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and how users can control or delete their data when using the ReVibe mobile application (“App”).
By using the App, you acknowledge and accept the practices described below.
ReVibe is designed for adult users and is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
If such data is identified, it will be deleted promptly upon notice.
When using the App, you may upload:
Photos
Images containing faces
Media used to generate AI video content
This content is processed solely to provide the requested transformation.
If uploaded images contain faces, facial features may be analyzed temporarily to generate video effects.
ReVibe strictly limits facial data usage as follows:
Used exclusively for delivering the requested feature
Not used for identity verification
Not used for biometric identification
Not used for advertising or analytics
Not shared with third parties
Not used to train external AI systems
Not retained beyond 14 days
Facial data is automatically deleted within the retention period or sooner if manually removed by the user.
The App may automatically collect certain technical information, including:
Device model and system version
App version
Interaction events
Crash diagnostics
Advertising identifier (only if ATT permission is granted)
This information is used to improve performance and measure functionality.
ReVibe operates on internally developed AI models.
We do not rely on third-party AI generation providers.
User-uploaded content is processed only within infrastructure managed and controlled by us.
No user media is used for unrelated AI training.
To maintain and optimize the App, we integrate:
Firebase (analytics and performance monitoring)
Singular (marketing attribution measurement)
CDN services for secure and efficient media delivery
These providers may receive limited device or event data but do not receive uploaded photos for independent AI use.
In accordance with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework:
We request permission before accessing the advertising identifier (IDFA).
If permission is denied, tracking for attribution does not occur.
Core App functionality remains unaffected.
ReVibe may include optional paid features or auto-renewable subscriptions.
Transactions are processed securely through Apple’s App Store.
We do not store payment card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Users may manage subscriptions through their Apple account settings.
We follow a strict data minimization approach:
Uploaded media and generated outputs are retained for no longer than 14 days.
Content may be deleted earlier if the user chooses.
Facial data is automatically removed within the same retention window.
Aggregated or anonymized analytics data may be retained for service improvement.
Users may delete their uploaded media directly within the App interface.
Users may permanently delete their account by:
Accessing the deletion option in the App’s Settings section, or

Upon account deletion, associated personal data will be removed in accordance with applicable laws.
We do not sell personal information.
We do not share facial data with advertisers or external AI systems.
Limited data sharing may occur only with:
Analytics service providers
Attribution partners
CDN providers
Authorities if legally required
All such sharing is limited to operational necessity.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, including:
Encrypted transmission protocols
Restricted internal access
Controlled server environments
No system can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect data.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
