Welcome to LunaGrace (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LunaGrace iOS mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using LunaGrace, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
LunaGrace is intended for adult users aged 18 years or older.
By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use LunaGrace for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or exploit the App except as permitted by law.
LunaGrace may offer optional in-app purchases and subscriptions.
Payments are securely processed by Apple’s App Store. We do not handle or store your payment details.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
You can manage or cancel your subscriptions anytime in your Apple ID account settings.
You agree not to use LunaGrace to:
Generate, share, or promote illegal, harmful, or exploitative content.
Create sexually explicit or pornographic material involving minors.
Harass, threaten, or promote hate speech or discrimination.
Encourage violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
Spread misinformation intended to deceive or cause harm.
Attempt unauthorized access, tamper with, or disrupt the App.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.
All rights in LunaGrace (including design, AI technology, content, and branding) belong to us or our licensors.
Using the App does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights.
Your use of LunaGrace is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to our privacy practices.
LunaGrace is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or accuracy of AI-generated content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for LunaGrace in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to LunaGrace at any time if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Changes will take effect upon posting with an updated Effective Date.
Continued use of LunaGrace after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
